Old Documents - 1961 Certificate of Service

This certificate of service belongs to my grandfather. My aunt had been keeping this. He had passed his standard seven in 1926 and joined the Public Works Department. One of the project which he had worked for was the Penang Road Police Station which is now the Penang HQ ( IPK ).
